"I initially started training with Candice at Progressive Performance and Wellness to seek assistance in gaining function and strength in my broken leg (femur). I was concerned it would be an ongoing weakness, but I wanted to walk without a limp and find a subtle fitness regime to replace bike riding.
Candice has designed and delivered programs that have allowed me to regain full function of my leg and reinstated it back to normal.
